Join us at Glasshouse Morningside to celebrate our love of all things botanical!
In a first for General Collective, we’re bringing you a botanical themed market like no other.
We will have gorgeous plants and flowers to take home including lush succulent and cactus terrariums by Vidabela, extraordinary heirloom plants and bulbs of yesteryear from Puriri Lane Limited, captivating hanging kokedama by Coastal Flair, or you can pick up a little something special from Petal Plants who source top quality boutique and hard to find Dahlia tubers from the most respected growers around the world.
You don’t have to be a green thumb to enjoy this market, in fact if you can’t grow it, why not wear it, hang it or gift it! We will have a carefully curated selection of artworks, homewares and creative pieces by Bob Kay Creativity, Claybird Ceramics and Curiously Creative along with botanically inspired accessories and jewellery from local creatives.
For edibles, we’ll have Fiori whipping up a smorgasbord of their flower themed cakes and cupcakes that are too beautiful to eat, Ecology + Co with a range of alcohol-free spirits and gorgeous Raglan-sourced Manuka, Rewarewa and Multi Floral Bush honey from Miel des Collines.
You can also chat with gardening guru, writer and TV presenter Lynda Hallinan from Foggydale Farm Ltd and pick up a signed copy of one of her books.
Whether you’re a plant lover or a lover of the botanical movement come and experience the wonderful talents of our creative community in this General Collective first: Botanical Market.
