It’s hard not to be inspired at Glasshouse Morningside, this unique venue has a reputation for attracting General Collective creatives and designers with a passion for all things natural, sustainable and botanical. This May, our Glasshouse Market will showcase new and emerging brands along with old favourites our audience have come to love.
Stop by and say hi to Natures Grace founder Gael Ogilvie, an environmental scientist on a mission to inspire people to look after the natural environment. She creates puzzles and stationery featuring stunning photos of endangered animals and plants, with a portion of profits going to charitable trusts working to protect our land.
Bonnie Wong, the clever creative behind Bobo Doodles offers personalised drawings of memorable moments and people. Pick up a doodle of an iconic New Zealand shopfront or international landmark or talk to Bonnie about a special commission.
As the name suggests, Wayswithwildflowers are wild about wildflowers and create gorgeous pressed wildflowers in frames along with dried flower hoops and domes – the perfect gift for someone you’re wild about.
We also have a fantastic line-up of General Collective favourites including Fig & Honey, bringing beauty and joy into everyday rituals with their range of botanically dyed vintage French linen and silk clothing and accessories, velvet cushions, and more.
Hark Handmade will also be there with their big, frivolous earrings designed to tickle your fancy and turn heads. And The Cosy Lab – a whole business created out of the desire to ‘cocoon’ and be comforted – might even let you slip your feet into one of their foot cosies or wrap yourself in the warm hug of one of their wearable heated shrugs.
Each market is carefully curated to ensure the highest quality. Visit our website for the full range of Kiwi creatives, just waiting to dazzle you with their artistry and flair at our Glasshouse Market.
