The General Collective Twilight Christmas Market at Ponsonby Central brings together a carefully curated collection of Kiwi brands in one special location for a shopping experience you won’t find anywhere else.
It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas and at General Collective, we do Christmas shopping just a little bit different. On Thursday 16 December from 4pm-8pm, The Sapphire Room will be transformed with a gorgeous selection of art, homewares, skincare, fashion accessories and more, creating the perfect atmosphere to find unique gifts for that special someone.
We are excited to have the likes of Kawe with their salvagedcloth designs stitched and screen-printed to wear, wrap and carry, Ara Scents with their beautifully handcrafted and hand-poured candles and Talia Design Jewellery with her contemporary Samoan, Pakeha and Maori inspired jewellery designs which celebrate the inherent power and worth of women.
Nature-lovers and eco-babes will get a kick out of meeting writer, broadcaster and gardening guru Lynda Hallinan from Foggydale Farm who will be there with books, vintage homewares and beautiful botanicals. There are also plenty of ethically sourced, natural fibre home products from Ecovask and a gorgeous selection of gift ideas from Ethically So. Or, why not pick up a handmade Christmas wreath using locally sourced Chardonnay vines from The Chardonnay Wreath?
Afterwards, head downstairs for a cocktail at Bedford Soda & Liquor or a bite to eat at one of the many eateries rustling up delicious internationally inspired food such as Tokyo Club, Hidden Village, Gaja or The Blue Breeze Inn.
It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with friends for a unique Christmas shopping experience and Eat. Drink. Shop. Support Local
Come and see the difference!
